Moneymob is a mobile application for displaying data from your Moneyworks server on an Android or iOS device.
What’s unique about it is that it’s totally configurable for each user.
So let’s say you have the following people in your organisation who need to access Moneyworks from out of your office.

  • Your sales team.
    • Each member of the team has a range of clients, and for each of their clients they need to know what they sold for the this month, last month and the year to date, and how those numbers compare to the corresponding periods last year..
  • The Board of Directors
    • They’d like to see some KPIs, and how they’re tracking against budgets. For example
      • Cashflow for the last 3 months
      • Profit Year to date compared to last year
  • Your Sales manager wants to see the number of sales orders for each salesperson generated this month and last month, with a comparison to budget.
  • Your Procurement manager wants to see incoming goods with expected arrival dates.

So when each person logs in, Moneymob is configured to show them just the info they are interested in, laid out in pages and tabs within the application as you define them.

What does it cost?
The app is free to download and install.

  • A subscription for the reports you use costs NZD9 per user per month.
  • We donate $1 per user per month of this to the Syrian refugee crisis.

Custom report writing may be extra, depending on the complexity and the length of contract you sign up for.
