We’ve had a busy few months extending Moneyworks functionality for clients in half a dozen countries. Here’s some of the things we’ve worked….

• For a school we made a system for authorising purchase orders:
  • It allows authorising a purchase order by highlighting the purchase order and choosing a new menu item.
  • It only allows printing when a purchase order has been authorised by two senior staff.
  • It emails the person who created the purchase order so they can confirm correct delivery before payment.
• For a client in the UK we made a balance sheet and income and expedniture statement that complies with UK legal requirements.
• For a client running Moneyworks in a head office and a branch, we made a system that allows automatic transfer of invoices from head office to branch.
• A business using job costing needed a system that printed invoices with certain rows grouped together into a summary.
• An internet based business using Moneyworks as a back end needed to send out 6000 email receipts nicely formatted as per their corporate design.

We continue to be amazed by the types of things people think of, and even more amazed at how Moneyworks can be made to fit the bill!
