What does Moneyworks yearly maintenance fee cover?

 

What it covers.

  • The yearly maintenance fee includes all updates to Moneyworks Datacenter software and Moneyworks client licenses you own. (It includes the copy of Moneyworks Gold that is supplied with Moneyworks Datacenter.

What it doesn’t cover

  • It does not include custom software development or support services provided by Sustainable Solutions. We are happy to discuss an extended support contract if you are interested.

The cost

  • It is priced at 15% of the retail price of the product you own.

What happens if you stop maintenance ?

  • You may stop maintenance payments at any time. Your copy of Moneyworks will not expire, and you will be able to continue using it as long as you want to.

What if I have stopped and want to start again?

  • To rejoin the program you will need to pay for any years that you missed payment for.
